WHY REAL ESTATE AGENTS RECYCLE?
When you decide to sell your home, the process of “purging" unwanted items can be both emotional and over-whelming. Most people do not want their unwanted items to go to waste. But as the closing date for the sale gets closer, many sellers resort to renting a dumpster or hiring a hauler to take their unwanted items to the dump. Recyclable items end up in our already overflowing landfills and useable items are discarded while people in our communities struggle to meet basic needs. Real Estate Agents Recycle offers a better option.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Trained coordinators sort and direct the removal of unwanted household items to be donated or recycled.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Home sellers pay directly for material handling services and qualify for a rebate of up to $1,000 to offset those costs at closing.
Participating real estate agents help fund homeowner rebates with a referral fee paid to REAcycle.
A Note to Home Buyers: If you are buying a home – you can support Real Estate Agents Recycle, too.
WHO DOES IT HELP?
Your donations are picked up and delivered to non-profit partners who serve people in need. These donations are tax deductible.
Thanks to our partnership with Real Estate Agents Recycle, we were able to reach a new record for the number of client deliveries and donor pickups…
